SPEEDING? 5MPH - As I worked for my Associates Degree, I had one particular marketing teacher, who told a story worth repeating.  She and a friend had taken some sort of drugs, and were doing their best to drive home. They were stopped by the police, and the officer asked the driver how fast he thought he was going.  They were so stoned, they thought they had been speeding. But the officer (who became the arresting officer) told them they had been driving along at 5MPH.

Sometimes what we see is not correct.
